At GoGoSimStore, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable eSIM experience. Refunds will only be issued if the eSIM cannot be activated due to technical issues beyond the customer’s control.
Please note:
- Each eSIM can only be activated on one device at a time.
- If activation fails, a similar eSIM package may be reissued as an alternative.
To process a refund or replacement request, we require the following information:
- A screenshot showing the ICCID (Go to Settings > General > About, then scroll down to find ICCID).
